In sunny shades and simple stitches, this is the perfect beginner crochet blanket and a relaxing Crochet Along for all makers as we all look forward together to the arrival of Spring.
The Hearts & Flowers Crochet Along or CAL is an online event in which makers follow the same crochet pattern over six weeks to each create a beautiful blanket full of peace and love.
The pattern is suitable for beginners as well as experienced crocheters and features a variety of techniques including granny squares and granny stripes! You’ll be supported by the hints and tips from Sharna, the designer, all the way through.

The project launches on 5th February 2025, and there is a video introduction on the Sirdar website here. The free pattern will be released in parts, along with video tutorials, on the following dates:

Your finished blanket will measure approximately 185 cm x 95 cm / 72” x 37”, making it the perfect way to add some Spring prettiness to a bed or sofa.
