Kit production times

Our kits are made to order and normally take around 10–14 days to make, although they can sometimes be ready sooner.

We display our current kit-production progress on the website, showing which week’s orders we’re currently making. This will give you an indication of the likely wait.

You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been completed and dispatched.

When we dispatch orders

We normally post twice a week. Non-kit orders are usually dispatched on a Tuesday or Wednesday, while kits completed during the week are normally dispatched on a Thursday or Friday. We’ll also include any non-kit orders received since the previous post office run.

International delivery

We ship physical orders to many countries worldwide.

At present, we are unable to ship physical products to countries in the European Union. EU customers can still purchase PDF charts, which are delivered digitally.

For some physical orders shipped outside the UK, import VAT, customs duties or clearance fees may apply. How these charges are handled varies by destination. Where charges are payable by you on delivery, they are set by your country’s authorities and are outside Paine Free Crafts’ control.

For US orders, any applicable customs charges are currently paid by us as part of the shipping process, so you should not normally receive an additional customs charge when your parcel arrives.

If you’re unsure whether we can ship a physical order to your country, please contact us before ordering.
