Aurifil 28wt (100m spool)
Fine enough for detail, but with just enough presence to make decorative stitches stand out. Aurifil 28wt is a smooth 100% cotton thread suited to embroidery, appliqué, quilting, decorative machine stitching and fine handwork. It’s a lovely choice when ordinary sewing thread is too fine but you don’t want the heavier look of 12wt or 8wt. Aurifil itself recommends it for uses including cross stitch, appliqué and quilting.
