The thread included has enough to stitch the *whole* design in any of the following three colourways: Wedgwood Blue, Teal or Purple. They also go rather beautifully well together so you could mix and match colourways if you wanted.
There is only one piece of fabric included in the kit. You could choose to use another 2 pieces of fabric from your stash and stitch it three times – one in each colourway – if your stash fabric is 18 count or higher, you won’t need to buy any more thread.
