A stitch along (SAL) is when multiple people work on the same project simultaneously, providing encouragement and support to others during the process. Itโs much like an old-fashioned quilting bee, except this one is held online.
If youโve never participated in an SAL, this is a wonderful opportunity to try one. Youโll be in good company with other stitchers from around the world in a dedicated group full of creative and helpful people. Members share their progress through periodic photo updates, and questions are answered 24/7 if you need assistance.

Recommended fabric: 18 count or higher. You may stitch it on any fabric you’re comfortable with, but you will get a better effect at closer range when stitching on a higher count fabric.
